Musical Parent Volunteers
We have had a fantastic response to our volunteer signup for musical help! Thank you! We still have a number of spots to fill and supplies that need donated. Here's a couple of notes on volunteering/donating:
1) To sign up on the spread, use a computer or download the Google Sheets APP for mobile. Also, check the tabs along the bottom for different areas.
2) Donations of food & supplies need to be delivered on April 1 (Monday after Easter). We have rehearsal that evening, so the students can bring it.
3) There are a number of workers needed as well.
Help will be needed for the following crews:
- Set
Construction & Painting - Construction crew
will meet weekday evenings 4:00-8:00 and Saturdays at 9:00
AM
- Production
Week Meals - Parents are needed to provide food for
cast members during production week. A few parents
will also be needed to serve the meal each day.
- Cast photos, plaques,
& DVD - Volunteers are needed to organize the
cast photo, ordering of plaques and DVDs.
- Cast Party -
Volunteers are needed to organize and chaperone the cast
party. The cast party will follow the Saturday night
performance.
- Cast Posters -
Volunteers are needed to create posters for the lead cast
members.
